Services
Lincoln Creek Landscape & Design, Inc. ("Lincoln Creek") provides landscape design, installation, hardscaping, irrigation, and related outdoor services to residential clients in Aurora, Nebraska and surrounding areas within approximately a 75-mile radius. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided by Lincoln Creek are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is confirmed in the project agreement. Changes to project scope requested after signing may result in a revised estimate and additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion. Lincoln Creek accepts check, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
Warranty
Lincoln Creek warrants installation workmanship for a period specified in the project agreement, typically one year from completion. Warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by weather events, improper use, or third-party modifications. Plant material warranties are subject to proper client care and watering.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities prior to excavation work, unless Lincoln Creek has been engaged to arrange utility location. Clients must ensure reasonable site access during project execution.
Limitation of Liability
Lincoln Creek's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the project contract. Lincoln Creek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
